New York, New York (February 25, 2018) – A global publication date of Tuesday, November 13, 2018, has been set for the highly anticipated memoir by Michelle Obama, former First Lady of the United States of America. The news was announced today by Markus Dohle, CEO of Penguin Random House, which acquired world publishing rights to the book. Titled BECOMING, Mrs. Obama’s book will be released in the U.S. and Canada in print and digital formats by the Crown Publishing Group, a division of Penguin Random House.

McClelland & Stewart Announces the Publication of Richard Wagamese’s Final Novel, Starlight

McClelland & Stewart is honoured to announce the forthcoming publication of a final novel by the late Richard Wagamese, the beloved, bestselling author of Indian Horse and Medicine Walk. This posthumously published novel, entitled Starlight, will be released on August 14, 2018, in hardcover and as an ebook and audiobook. The deal was arranged by John Pearce of Westwood Creative Artists in association with Chris Casuccio, on behalf of Richard Wagamese’s Estate.

McClelland & Stewart to publish investigation into accused serial killer Bruce McArthur

Monday, April 9, 2018 (Toronto) —McClelland & Stewart announces the forthcoming publication of a book by journalist Justin Ling about the murders of at least seven men who disappeared from Toronto’s Gay Village. The deal was arranged by agent Martha Webb at CookeMcDermid, and the as-yet-untitled work will be published in Canada in print and digital formats in 2019.
